Processing Times

We aim to package and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays) from receipt of your order.

During busy periods, dispatch times may take slightly longer. We will always do our best to ensure your record(s) are sent as quickly as possible.

Mystery Boxes

Mystery boxes are curated to order. Please allow up to 7 days for us to carefully build and prepare your box prior to dispatch.

Shipping Rates & Packaging

Shipping costs are calculated by weight. In most cases, shipping one record costs the same as shipping up to three records.
Please note: 2xLPs count as two records.

All records are packed with great care using sturdy, protective packaging, including professional record mailers where appropriate, to minimise the risk of damage in transit.

• All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 

• Free UK shipping is available on orders over £75
  We currently only ship to the UK but as we grow we will look to ship internationally
