UK customers have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Returned items must be unplayed, unused, and in resalable condition.

All records are sold as new stock (*unless purchased from our preloved crop), sourced from official distributors and labels.
On rare occasions, a record may have been played once for promotional or demonstration purposes. Any such records are inspected and play-tested prior to sale.
8. Mystery & Curated Products
Mystery and bargain boxes are curated selections. Partial refunds for individual items are not available.
If an item is damaged or faulty, our standard returns process applies.
