BOO 06 PRIZE DRAW – FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Greenhouse Records, 46 Penn Gardens, East Hunsbury, Northampton, NN4 0QX (“the Promoter”).

By entering the BOO 06 Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Promotion

The promotion is the Greenhouse Records BOO 06 Prize Draw.

There is one prize available: one copy of BOO 06 vinyl record, as shown and described in the promotional material.

The prize is supplied by Greenhouse Records.

No cash alternative is available.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

3. Eligibility

The prize draw is open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

Employees of Greenhouse Records, anyone directly involved in administering the prize draw, and members of their immediate household are not eligible to enter.

Greenhouse Records reserves the right to request reasonable evidence of eligibility before awarding the prize.

4. Promotion Period

The BOO 06 Prize Draw opens on 5 October 2026.

The closing date for entries is:

11:59pm on 31 October 2026.

All online entries must be completed before the closing time.

Free postal entries must be received by Greenhouse Records before the closing date and time.

Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw.

Greenhouse Records cannot accept responsibility for postal entries which are lost, delayed, damaged, incorrectly addressed or otherwise fail to arrive before the closing date.

5. HOW TO ENTER

There are two ways to enter the BOO 06 Prize Draw:

A. Online Entry

Customers may purchase one competition entry for £3 through the Greenhouse Records website in accordance with the promotional offer displayed on the website.

Where the promotion is linked to a qualifying Greenhouse Records purchase, the qualifying purchase must have a value of £20 or more, excluding the competition entry itself and any delivery charges.

Only one entry per person/customer is permitted.

B. FREE POSTAL ENTRY – NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

You can enter the BOO 06 Prize Draw without making a purchase by post.

Your postal entry must include:

• Your full name

• Your full postal address

• An email address or telephone number so that we can contact you if you win

• A clear written request stating:

“Please create one free entry for me in the BOO 06 Prize Draw.”

Only one free postal entry per person is permitted.

Postal entries may be sent using ordinary First Class or Second Class post.

There is no entry fee for postal entries. Entrants are responsible only for the normal cost of postage.

You do not need to make a purchase from Greenhouse Records to enter by post.

Do not send entries by Special Delivery, Recorded Delivery or any other premium postal service.

A valid free postal entry will be given exactly the same chance of winning as an online entry.

Postal and online entries will be entered into the same prize draw and will not be distinguished from one another when the winner is selected.

6. Entry Limit

A maximum of one entry per person is permitted, regardless of entry method.

For example, a person who has already entered online may not obtain an additional entry through the free postal route.

Likewise, a person who has submitted a valid postal entry may not obtain an additional entry by purchasing an online entry.

Duplicate entries may be removed.

Greenhouse Records reserves the right to disqualify entries where it reasonably believes an entrant has attempted to circumvent the one-entry-per-person restriction.

7. Valid Postal Entries

For a postal entry to be valid:

• It must contain the entrant's full name.

• It must contain the entrant's postal address.

• It must contain sufficient contact details to notify the entrant if they win.

• It must clearly request one entry into the BOO 06 Prize Draw.

• It must be received before the closing date.

• The entrant must meet the eligibility requirements of these Terms & Conditions.

No purchase, payment, website registration or customer account is required for a postal entry.

Provided these requirements are met, a postal entry will be treated in the same manner as an online entry.

8. Selection of the Winner

Following the closing date, all valid online and postal entries will be combined into a single pool of entries.

One winner will be selected at random.

The winner will be selected using a verifiably random process or under the supervision of an independent person.

The method used will not distinguish between free postal entries and online entries.

Each valid entry has an equal chance of winning.

The draw is expected to take place within three working days of the closing date.

9. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the contact details supplied with their entry.

Greenhouse Records will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner.

The winner should respond within 14 days of being notified.

If the winner:

• cannot be contacted;

• does not respond within 14 days;

• is found to be ineligible; or

• has breached these Terms & Conditions,

Greenhouse Records reserves the right to withdraw the prize from that entrant and select another winner at random from the remaining valid entries.

10. Delivery of the Prize

The BOO 06 vinyl record will be sent to the winner at the postal address confirmed by them after notification.

Standard UK delivery of the prize will be provided at no cost to the winner.

The winner will not be required to make any payment to claim or receive the prize.

Greenhouse Records aims to dispatch the prize within 14 days of confirmation of the winner's delivery details.

Greenhouse Records is not responsible for delays caused by postal or delivery services outside its reasonable control.

11. Prize Details

The prize is:

1 × BOO 06 vinyl record.

The prize is the item advertised as part of the BOO 06 promotion.

The prize is subject to availability only in exceptional circumstances outside Greenhouse Records' reasonable control. Should it become impossible to provide the advertised prize, Greenhouse Records reserves the right to provide a prize of equal or greater value where legally permitted.

There is no cash alternative.

12. Fairness of the Draw

Online and postal entries will be treated equally.

The method by which an entrant enters will have no effect whatsoever on their chances of winning.

The Promoter will not give preference to:

• customers who spend more money;

• online entrants;

• postal entrants;

• existing Greenhouse Records customers; or

• any other category of entrant.

The winner will be determined entirely at random from all valid entries.

13. Verification and Disqualification

Greenhouse Records reserves the right to reject or disqualify an entry where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• the entrant has supplied false information;

• the entrant does not meet the eligibility criteria;

• multiple entries have been submitted contrary to these terms;

• automated or fraudulent entry methods have been used;

• an entrant has attempted to interfere with the operation of the promotion; or

• these Terms & Conditions have otherwise been breached.

Any decision to disqualify an entrant will be made reasonably and fairly.

14. Winner Information

To demonstrate that a valid prize award has taken place, Greenhouse Records may publish or make available limited information about the winner, such as their surname and county.

Where applicable law permits a winner to object to publication of their information, Greenhouse Records will respect such a request.

Greenhouse Records may nevertheless be required to provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority or another competent authority if requested.

15. Personal Data

Personal information supplied in connection with this promotion will be used for the purposes of:

• administering the competition;

• validating entries;

• contacting the winner;

• delivering the prize;

• preventing fraudulent or duplicate entries; and

• complying with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

Postal entry information will not automatically be added to Greenhouse Records' marketing mailing list merely because an entrant has entered the prize draw.

Entrants will only receive marketing communications where they have separately consented to receive them or where otherwise permitted by applicable data-protection law.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Greenhouse Records' Privacy Policy and applicable UK data-protection legislation.

16. Technical Issues

Greenhouse Records accepts no responsibility for online entries which are not successfully completed due to technical faults, website outages, equipment failure, network failure or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Where a website problem materially affects the fairness of the promotion, Greenhouse Records will take reasonable steps to ensure entrants are not disadvantaged.

17. Postal Delivery Issues

Proof of posting does not constitute proof of receipt.

Greenhouse Records cannot be responsible for postal entries which are lost, delayed, damaged, incorrectly addressed or delivered after the closing date.

Entrants are therefore advised to allow sufficient time for ordinary First or Second Class post to arrive before the competition closes.

18. Cancellation or Changes

Greenhouse Records reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion only where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

Greenhouse Records will not change the rules in a way that unfairly disadvantages entrants who have already entered.

Any material change will be communicated through the Greenhouse Records website where reasonably possible.

19. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Subject to this, Greenhouse Records will not be responsible for losses resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.

20. Social Media

Where this prize draw is advertised or promoted through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or any other social-media platform, the promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with those platforms unless expressly stated otherwise.

Entrants release those platforms from responsibility in relation to the administration of this promotion to the extent permitted by law.

21. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and the promotion are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Entrants retain any mandatory consumer rights applicable in the part of Great Britain in which they live.

22. Acceptance of Terms

By entering the BOO 06 Prize Draw, whether online or by free postal entry, entrants confirm that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
